EMPHORY Energy Circle 9/22/24

Enjoy a 90-minute energy circle integrating the Emphory practices in an easy, restorative way.  In this energy circle you'll be guided through restorative yoga poses while Reiki practitioners help move energy through and around you.  Get ready to benefit from the energy a collective group can generate, move, and release.    

What you can expect: participants will be lying in a circle in meditative and restorative poses while energy work is performed on each member by our four guides.  Mat, blanket, and props provided.  Bring any additional items you may need to keep you comfortable while in the session which may include an additional mat, water, notebook and pen, etc.
