About the event
Welcome to our first women's wellness retreat offering! You decide what this retreat is for you. It’s your time and your experience. There will be lots of options to choose from. All activities will be for all levels of participation. We can promise a beautiful cabin, a cozy bed, a scenic view and wonderful people to share the weekend with. Cost covers food, lodging and most offerings (hot springs admission is additional). Nonalcoholic beverages will be available, however feel free to bring any snacks or adult beverages you’d like! All activities and sessions are optional.
Although the schedule is subject to minor changes, this gives you a good idea of what to expect each day. There will be time for independent activities and reflection between group offerings. Each participant will also have the option for an individual coaching session with one member of the retreat team to focus on health and wellness including nutrition, mindset, movement, general life or energywork.

If you need to cancel your registration, you can do so up to 30 days prior to event start date for a full refund, less processing fee. If you need to cancel less 30 days prior to event start date, you can send someone in your place!

Cari Powers, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Precision Nutrition Certified Nutrition Coach
Cari became a personal trainer after losing 90 pounds way back in 2005 and falling in love with how she felt after exercising. Her passion is helping women build confidence and strength through regular workouts. She loves helping women find the balance of having fun AND being healthy. Giving up wine and cheese is NOT required!
Jeana Johnson, Integrated Wellness & Life Coach, Reiki Practitioner, Yoga/Fitness Instructor
Jeana is a true believer in holistic wellness and passionate about supporting people on their journey to design a life they love. She is an Integrated Wellness and Life Coach, yoga teacher, personal trainer and Reiki practitioner. Jeana enjoys working with clients to reestablish a connection to oneself; heal and strengthen the mind, body and spirit; and reinforce a foundation to support building a life full of joy and peace.
Kathi Collins, Health Coach, Detox Specialist
Kathi Collins is passionate about healthy living. Her focus is to help you live your best life so you can feel balanced and excited for everyday. Sometimes this can simply be accomplished with changing a supplement, adding nutrition or by a little accountability. Life should be fun and we should feel good while we’re living it! I’m here to help you find the perfect combination that works for you.
